I'm getting a grey box with arrows that I can't delete on my iPhone 8 Plus

The box can be moved all over regardless of the page I’m viewing and if you accidentally click on it it pops open but gives no info on what it is or how to delete it. Thank you for you assistance in letting me know where I go in setting to stop it from showing.
