Recently, somebody attached a random access Trojan to my phone came in through my Wi-Fi.
my problem now is I found an Apple Watch connected to my AT&T account was disguised and under another account I don’t know how to disconnect it. It also has an Apple passcode on it. Any ideas?

I recommend that you contact AT&T first and get that Apple Watch account removed from your account. This will ensure that you are not paying for its use over the AT&T cellular network and incurring charges for that.
On your iPhone, open Settings ➡️ Apple ID (Your Name at Top) ➡️ Scroll down to the device list and check whether you see an Apple Watch listed there. If you do, then tap on it and then choose Remove from Account.
Once the above is done, then you can change the password to your Apple ID.
