Function Key shortcuts on MacBook

I recently upgraded from my 2015 MacBook pro to the new 2023 model and would like to change the function key shortcuts back to how they were on the old model, as I have absolutely 0 use for Spotlight search to be on my function keys as I can simply use cmd+space for that and also do not need dictation or focus as I dont use either of the two. So I would like to change it so that F4 opens Launchpad and F5/F6 controll the brightness of the keyboard, how can I change that?
