When I connected my iPhone 13 pro Max to my car via Bluetooth, the volume was great now I’ve got a new iPhone 15 pro Max. The volume is really low and I can’t hear conversations on the phone. Can you tell me why but if I connect my iPhone 15 pro Max via USB CarPlay, the volume is fine

My phone volume well I’m connected via Bluetooth can be full up the Car volume on the stereo can be full up and I’m still just about hearing it but if I connect to the car via USB lead the volume is fine. Only when I connect Bluetooth I have no volume at all.

Bluetooth in my car is fine on phone calls with my iPhone 15 Pro Max. In the settings menu in my Genesis GV70 are settings to control CarPlay and Bluetooth volumes. You might want to contact your car manufacturer for help with Bluetooth volumes in your car. How to set them varies from car brand to car brand.
How are you adjusting the volume when on a Bluetooth call? It's expected you'd adjust the volume using the cars infotainment system, not on the phone itself. If you have a volume controller on your steering wheel, while on a call, turn the volume up there.
