App not visible on App Store

Nationwide mobile banking app is not visible on the App Store, although the bank assures that it is available. My language/region is set correctly, and my location is visible to the App Store. The app IS available on the Google Play Store, but I need it on iOs.

Try updating the country in both iPhone settings as well as App Store / apple one ID accounts.

Also, check if the App Store app is available by going to bank website and looking for Apple App link. Check that App in the browser window. Sometimes App developers don't update the app compatible with the operating system that you have. Are you on the latest iOS? Check your iOS version and see on browser App link which OS they support.
