purchase in US product pickup in Netherlands

I want to purchase an Apple MacBook Pro Air M2 in USA and have it ordered with specs in Netherlands to be picked up in the Apple Store in Amsterdam, how can I do that?

International purchase Is there anyway to purchase from the online store or otherwise and have the product shipped internationally?
