The application or device has violate security policies

I was trying to open my mobile banking app on my iphone 11 and this popped up. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I restarted my phone. Andi this is still popping up. I called the bank and they didn't know what was going on with my phone. It had been working fine up to today.

Try Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data.
