The problem with no sound when starting a movie on Apple TV 4k has been around for years and with the latest update even worse. I had to start "the crowded room " four times to get sound. Why is this still unsolved?

I’ve been having all kinds off audio problems with my setup.

All audio is delayed when you first start streaming by 3 to 5 seconds. Sometimes the Apple TV can’t control the volume of the sound bar until I power cycle everything. Sometimes just center channel audio is missing ie no speech. I worked with Apple 2nd level support for weeks doing tests, videos and taking logs and they ended with this is a bug. Keep your Apple TV updated as we work on fixing it. If I stream a video directly from my LG tv it works fine so it’s definitely the Apple TV. I’ve had these issues with all versions of tvOS 17.

Replaced the Vizio sound bar with a Denon sound bar and the same delayed sound problem exists
