Problem with printing labels from iPhone after the recent iOS update

Greetings!

I have a problem with printing from my iPhone via Munbyn thermal printer. After the recent iOS update (17.1.2 I think) the default settings for the printing label scaling changed from "fit to page" to something like "centered", but it also became 50% of the previous option and there are no options to change it in any way.

Now the labels printed are not usable as they became too small.

I brought an older iPhone to continue printing, but for some reason it auto-updated to the latest iOS version and the same problem happened.

As the option to reverse/revoke/change/swap/remove the current iOS version does not exist - I would really appreciate if someone could advice what can be done in this situation.

Potentially it happens because iPhone "forgot" that A6 labels exists as the default papersize now is A4 and choosing other options gives only these:

Some additional information:

  • Munbyn thermal printer does not have any options that can be edited from iPhone.
  • At the moment of posting this issue exists on three iPhones only with the latest iOS version
  • Trying to print 4x6" labels which come out as 2x3"...

Thank you!

Best regards,

Valera
