iPad Air Printer Settings stuck on German Legal Fanfold

My AirPrint defaults to the letter size paper as German Legal Fanfold. I’ve tried to change that setting in the drop-down but there is nothing else listed to choose from! Just did an update iOS 16.6.1 a couple days ago, could this have messed up my settings somehow? First time I’ve ever seen German Fanfold. Had to Google as I had no idea what it was!

Use AirPrint to print from your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

When using AirPrint, the available print options - including page size - are advertised by your printer. When using the print dialogue on your iPad, you can only select from the advertised options - that will likely be configured from your Printer's own settings.

Some printers can detect the media type that is loaded in one or more of its paper trays, others may have settings that must be set from the printers controls, by accessing a built-in web server using a web browser, or using a companion App supplied by the printer manufacturer.

By example, HP’s AirPrint printers can be managed using the HP Smart App. Epson iPrint and Brother iPrint&Scan Apps are similar.
