iPhone iOS 17.2 Lock Screen is blurry

Hello all, I currently have iOS 17.2 I have a customized Home Screen and Lock Screen. My Lock Screen has been on photo shuffle for months. Tonight I added some photos to the album and now my lock screen is completely blurry. Home Screen is perfectly clear.

Anyone know how to fix this LOCK SCREEN issue??

It has NOTHING to do with Settings>Wallpaper>Customize>Blur on the bottom right. As this is the only answer is can find.
