Unexplained charges from Apple.com/bill 866-712-7753

I have seen three unexplained charges to my bank account from Apple.com/bill 866-712-7753. One for $190.79 (2x) 52.99 (once) and lastly $2.99 monthly. All say recurring payment. I have done all the suggested troubleshooting to no avail. I submitted a claim to my bank that upon investigation, was denied. I submitted a stop payment which will work for the future (hopefully) but how do I get a refund? These are all fraudulent charges, but I want to know what “they” say as to the origin.

I need proof to give my bank that they are fraudulent. How do I get this proof if I just get the run around when I call the 866 phone number listed on charge?
