fraud charges on bank statement and not on apple history

Who has experience with fraud Apple charges on bank statements and not listed in your apple history? How do I resolve this? Thanks!

Transaction on my bank statement:

POS PURCH : APPLE COM BILL 4899 CA CUPERTINO APPLE COM BILL US

total of 11 entries on Dec 09; Total of 1 entry on Dec 10, then there are total of 3 reversals on Dec 16. All amounts are $107.99.

HELP PLEASE!
