Why can I not use Airplay with Fitness anymore?

I previously used to be able to use Airplay to put Fitness+ workouts up on a TV in my home gym, using a Roku device. The past couple of weeks this seems to no longer work. I had bought an iPhone 15 + Ultra2 watch previously but these had been working fine.

It is super frustrating to not be able to get this working.

The only thing I can think is it is something since the recent software update? My wife has an iPhone 13 and that still works okay for some reason.

Having the same issue. iPhone 11 using AirPlay for Apple Fitness+ to Roku Ultra and tv. This has worked for a couple of years and only recently stopped working Feb 2023. Not sure if this is an intentional restriction from Apple but very annoying
