Ryder suddenly pop up

While I'm using MacBook Pro m1 2020, Ryder keep popping up . How can I fix it?

For the past few weeks, I keep getting the following popup notifications from System Settings (after a startup and/or wakeup, sometimes randomly throughout the day), saying: Background Items Added – Software from "TEAM HCiSO" added items that can run in the background. You can manage this in Login Items Settings. After a quick search online I found the following website: https://github.com/HoMeCracKeR I went to my Login Items and found a "TEAM HCiSO", I turned it off so it doesn't open automatically when I login. I also ran a Malwarebytes scan but it didn't find anything. Does anyone know what it might be? 😬 Thanks so much.

Paired Devices app popup I am repeatedly receiving this Paired Devices pop up. Has anyone experienced this or found a fix for it? It began 2 days ago after an OS upgrader to 12.6. It will open multiple pop up windows simultaneously, such as in the picture attached.

Finder flashing/flickering, MacBook Air M1 The Finder on my MacBook Air M1 is constantly flashing/flickering, and I haven't been able to find a solution. Has anyone else encountered this issue, and if so, how did you resolve it?
