Not receiving emails on my iPhone 8

I’m receiving emails on my iPad but stopped getting them on my iPhone 8+ It won’t update the emails. Software is updated and connected to internet.

You have already deleted the email account on the phone, powered off and restarted the phone and then installed the email account again, correct?


If not, now would be a good time to do this. Post back if you need more help with this.
