When I attempt to use Apple Pay, everything seems to work as expected initially. I hover my phone over the contactless reader, and I can see my credit card on the screen, just as I would anticipate. However, the problem arises when my phone prompts me to "hold near the reader" – it never triggers the wireless payment. I've never had an issue with this in the past and I've tried at over 5 places.

I am having the same problem with my iPhone 15. I have removed my cards, logged out of apple and shut down my phone. Restarted my phone and re-added my cards. The cards will work exactly one time. This has been going on for about 10 days. I am suspecting this is an NFC issue?

My iPhone 15 Pro has and continues to work just fine performing Apple Pay.
