Apple Pay refund and scammer
Dumb me. Got scammed and sent payment through Apple Pay. The bank says contact Apple and dispute. Who do you contact at Apple or where do you do that

The only thing that you can do is to ask the other party for the funds back. You sent cash to someone. There is no other recourse.
