How to restore default settings to standby mode

Some have posted about the problem of stand by mode reverting to default mode and not keeping their customizations.

My problem is the opposite.

How do I reset stand by mode back to its default settings? I like just the clock on the left and the month calendar on the right that it had.

It was that way for a while, but last night it went into stand by mode with a completely different display. It showed pictures... I swiped right and it showed only a clock... swiped left and it showed charging level on the left and contacts on the right.

??? I never changed anything. It seems to be possessed.

thanks

I know it’s been awhile and I hope you figured it out by now, but I just had this issue and finally figured it out. Press on the side you want to change when it’s in standby mode. There will be an arrow in the upper left corner. Press it and it will get you to the widget page. Scroll to clock in the left column. Choose which one you want and the press done. Do the same with the right side, choosing the widget you want. I prefer the weather so i chose that.

I really have no idea why this isn’t better documented where it is easily found.
