Until 2 months ago my iPhone 12 mini was connecting effortlessly with my Elegiant selfie stick (no cable/Bluetooth only). Now I can no longer pair/connect. The phone is running IOS 17.1.2 (updated) and the battery in the stick is fine. I have tried unpairing. switching the Bluetooth on/off as well as resetting the phone (with all the hassle that entailed) but to no avail. Can anyone help?

Is the selfie stick appearing in the list of Bluetooth devices when you have everything in Pairing mode? Remove the stick from the Bluetooth list in your iPhone if it is there. Make sure you are correctly getting the stick into pairing mode before you turn Bluetooth on for the phone. See if they pair then.
The selfie stick appears and I tried what you suggested 10 times or more before posting my request for assistance.
I'm sorry that did not help. I suggest that you contact the manufacturer of the stick for additional support.
