Can't stream show past recap

I have no problem entering the network or selecting a show. It plays a preview of another show and then the recap of the last episode of the show I selected. It then reliably gives me an error message and gives me the option of retrying which doesnt work or trouble shooting which ends up telling me to try again later. this has bee going on for weeks on all shows.
