I used to watch MSNBC on my iPhone in the morning, but since the new app downloaded, I am unable to. I continually receive a message stating "something went wrong" and asks that I check my internet connection, which is fine at home and at work. I've rebooted my phone thinking that would clear the issue, but the same thing happens.
How do I fix this issue?

It just happened to me also. Tried writing and they acted like there was no single MSNB live app.
Apple store only has the one with so much junk on it and streaming format is screwy and certainly not direct any more. The easiest for now is to log into your supplier. I have Verizon. Go to channel line up and find it. Mine is 603. Higher numbers for cable. It is as steady as the old app. Maybe they are doing something to the one we are used to. But would find a more direct route. Good luck. You really don’t want the regular MSNBC APP.
