Airpod Disconnecting so frequently after iOS 17.2.1 Update

Hi, my Airpods generation 2 is continuously disconnecting from the phone, while I try to listen songs, play some reels on IG. Its keep on disconnecting since yesterday after i updated my iOs to 17.2.1. Its quite annoying.

Need your valuable suggestion to fix the problem.

This is happening to me as well. iPhone 14 Pro running iOS 17.2. Hopefully someone has a solution.
