I pay every month and why can’t I listen to my Apple Music or download Apple Music unless I’m on WiFi like I be trying to use my data and it won’t let me listen or download music without WiFi . And also my music is undownloading by its self

Did you allow cellular data for Apple Music in Settings/Cellular?

Why is not working
Ok, but why do you have to? Purchased music downloaded to phone. It’s on phone or computer, bought. Why do you gave to use cellular. I’m on my bust in the ocean.
