2. Because these boards are hosted by Apple. In order for them to be officially that way, only Apple employees can be part of the actual staff, as opposed to simply volunteering to answer questions.

In addition to the advice above, now that you are at Level 2, you could report users that post nonsense, selfies, or users that otherwise abuse their privileges here.

Only paid Apple employees can be hosts or moderators here.
