I was getting that same message until I switched it to private. I hope that works for you too.
I am experiencing the same issue with no solution. I’ve signed out. I’ve force closed. I’ve restarted my phone. It used to work but now it doesn’t. Says I need an active subscription. But I do. I click on the Jump In button and it displays that message.
