iPhone 15 - All videos appear blurry (Instagram, Snapchat, Photos App, etc.)

I have just purchased the new iPhone 15 128GB, and I have noticed that every videos regardless of the app is blurry. I have tried this with every type of app where one can watch videos, including websites, and every video is blurry, but not still pictures.

At first I thought this could be an app individual case, yet it seems to be another issue where videos are not shown properly.
