I got my brand new iPhone 15 pro last Tuesday, it’s been exactly one week and it has glitched out 3 times, I’ve been unable to turn it off, it eventually turns off itself and resets itself, but it’s a huge pain. I don't really know what to do about it.
I took it back to cellular service provider and they immediately provided a new replacement. Hoping my second phone has no issue.
Take it back to store. I took mine back, they gave me new one, no issues to date. Must of just been a bad batch
I have the exact same problem. 1 day old phone. For me it mainly happens on the always on display when unlocking the phone. It seems to be a hardware problem. Were you able to solve it or get more answers from Apple? It also crashed 2 times on the unlock screen when this happened.
