I update to OS 17.1.1. After my phone restarted, all my Safari bookmarks were gone. History was still there though. How to fix? Wasn’t synced to iCloud. Haven’t backed up in years as the storage is full. Thanks in advance

Since you do have a backup and have not synced to iCloud there is no way you can get the data back.

If you did not have iCloud Storage you could have taken a backup on your computer using iTunes/Finder.
