itunes not playing on ipad since os 17.1.1 update

since updating my ipad to os 17.1.1 my itunes wont play. I have restarted my ipad, deleted and reinstalled the music app, and connected the ipad to my mac, i also have enough storage. i can see the music on my ipad but its like it is stuck and will not play anything. Occasionally it will play 1 song but then stops, any suggestions please

pretty much same problem. My will play for about 5-10 minutes then stop. Or sometimes just 1 song. Extremely annoying and no reason for Apple to release an update untested. No more auto updates. There are other problem I am having as well but the iTunes issue is the main problem. Battery is fully charged. Nothing but iTunes is playing on iPad. Sometimes it will start by just closing out iTunes are starting, other times I have to turn off and restart iPad. Apple is becoming just like Microsoft. No more confidence in the products.

Yea. It really frustrating. And from past problems it does not look like Apple ever reads these, and if they do they don’t care. Another problem with Apple that has never been fixed is if you purchase a song on ITunes, you have to wait hours or even to the next day to have it show up to download. It should be immediately. Don’t get that what so ever. I have wrote to them and posted about it but never a reply from them.
