AirPods not functioning correctly

Just got a replacement AirPod model #A2031 after losing the original

A2031 is a left AirPod (2nd generation).

A2032 is a right AirPod (2nd generation).

They should be comparable but they re acting funny.

These should work, right?

AirPod Replacements Not Working:

Request a New Replacement:

Who ever packaged this sent you the wrong ones. They need to be (A.) of the same Serial Number and (B.) of the same Model. So, contact Apple Support back, requesting the correct one be mailed to you.

Apple Contact Us Info:

  • Proceed from there, as necessary
  • Why the Wait:
  • Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
