Unable to play music after upgrading phone and iOS

I've recently switched to iPhone 15 Pro Max (From 14 ProMax), and after transferring my phone and upgrading the iOS, my iTunes music library won't play. Not one song in my library. I hit play, and it looks like it wants to play for a second but then just returns to being static.

The extent of my troubleshooting has been this forum and shutting down and restarting. my iOS is up to date (17.1.1), Please help!
