I think that the OP is talking about a feature in iOS 17 and macOS Sonoma ("stickers from my photos, to send in text messages"). Not about making real, physical stickers.

Sounds like you create the stickers on the iPhone, then use them on the Mac. But I'm not running iOS 17 or macOS 14 (Sonoma) to test it out.
