how to send one or more pics via email on my iMac with sonoma 14

I'm using Sonoma 14.0 on my iMac. I can't find an option to copy one or more pics from my gallery to send via email.

iMac 24″, macOS 14.0

I presume you are using the Photos app, in which case do the following

Command left click on the chosen images
Right click on one of the chosen images then > share > mail
