My iPhone is being hacked

My exhusband and his roommates have been hacking all my accounts I keep getting the same messages to update all my devices. Always it’s an iPhone 12 or 14 (mine is 13 pro max) to update my watch, MacBook and AirPods. I do not have anything but my iPhone. Apple and T-Mobile say that is just how that msg goes out to everyone. Why would I constantly receive unnecessary messages? It’s like why wouldn’t they just say update your iPhone 13 and it’s always just those exact devices. I recently discovered a sh#% ton of e-mail of mine in files that Ive never seen before, I haven’t read them and I sure didn’t put in any files. It’s all my important email such as from my daughter or my employer or insurance or personal stuff. I was approved on a loan and never got the email. After I discovered the files ALL my email was sent to me all of a sudden . It has the current days date but the email itself has the dates they were actually sent. I also keep having my settings changed, my passwords etc. charged over and over for my Apple Music through different accounts of mine, but will get notices saying there’s an issue with your payment, T-Mobile says over and over my account is not hacked I have been through this before and I am sure it is how do you keep someone from getting into your accounts over and over when they have all your info such as SSN, DL, DOB etc I am always going through this and I can’t deal with it anymore. Affecting my mental health. I know the exact address where im beinghacked from. I know their phone numbers how do I report them? Im POSITIVE it’s same people They have accessed all of my accounts such as Amazon, Capital One, xfinity, etc. I am sending this from my old iPhone SE Because I know if anyone replies on other phone I may not see answers.

Do the Safety Check provided on your phone.

This will show you what information you are sharing as well as other phone numbers set up for two factor authentication. You will also be able to see if there is anyone logged into your account.

After that change your Apple ID Password.
