I don’t know if it’s connected to the new iOS 17.1.1 update, but ever since then my alarms and timers have not made any noise or vibrations. Despite ensuring that my phone is not on silent and that my ringtone and alerts volume is up.

I did just then and it’s working now, thank you! I didn’t think I’d have to force reset my phone to fix the noise lol

Shutting off the iPhone and switching it on is also recommended from time to time. And if this does not solve the issues, then a Force Restart would be the next step.
