I have placed an order with apple but they continue to use my old delivery and billing address when confirming the order (I moved on the 15th September). Is there a simple way I can update my delivery and billing address? Thanks

You can update your shipping address and all your Apple ID details at Apple ID - Official Apple Support
For a change of address between an active order and delivery you should contact Apple with the details given to you in the order.
