Why does my Photo library say Private Access?

This is on an iPhone or iPad, right?

Check Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos to see what security level you have assigned to YouTube and "everything else". The options should be "Full Access" (all photos), "Limited Access" (specific items you selected), "None" (no items), or sometimes "Add Photos Only" (not normally set by the user).

Hi. I checked privacy for Yahoo and it says that Yahoo can "show" my photo library but not access them-for Private Access Only. I'm not sure what "show" means and who they are showing it to. I'm assuming it could be showing my pictures to me but that still is assuming.🤷‍♀️ I'm not sure how to make it say "none" still.

For me it only shows private access why's that

Any thoughts??
