Pop-up on MacBook

I keep getting a 'virus risk' pop-up on my MacBook leading me to some link called uncomilum. Can someone please help?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.14

Is this using one particular browser or all browser, is it related to browser use(?)... you do not specify the details.

For example Safari.app>Settings>Websites > Notifications / Pop-ups

both—remove any or all in and compare you results...

Block pop-up ads and windows in Safari

Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony ...

My friend had the same problem. I've found an App called "Open File" running on his Mac and deleted it and restarted. So far so good. I think that app was causing the problem. But he doesn't know how it got to his comp. Good luck
