Uninstall all third party apps that are Cleaners/Optimizers/VPN/Anti-Virus

all known to cause issues on the macOS

There are two trusted third party software in an effort to track down your issue:

—Try running this trusted utility https://www.malwarebytes.com/mac/

—You can get a good look at your User/System config. and reveal conflicts or issues, you can download/run this trusted utility https://etrecheck.com

for sure @Grant Bennet-Alder,

First I uninstalled VPN which later I re-installed.

Secondly, I run Etrecheck which is very useful, it shows a lot of details about Malware, Storage, Files etc etc.

So, the malware which upset me every time before this post was easily removed by Etrecheck because they have a feature to remove the malicious malware, but it was removed after 4th attempt, why at 4th attempt I don't know but Etrecheck saved my life and I am happy now.
