Final Cut Pro clips showing black after updating

I updated my Mac to the latest firmware Sonoma 14.1.1, and I believe my FCP was also updated at the same time. I opened a project I have been working on for some time now (without any problems), but this time some of the clips were completely black. No errors or anything showing to be wrong, except the clips were completely black. Some of the clips worked perfectly fine as they did before, but it was the 5k clips from my DJI Mavic 3 Pro, that were not working. Below is more information:

Note that the clips that do still work are 4k and the clips that don't are 5k

FCP version 10.6.10

Also, the problem continues even after reimporting the clips.

Hopefully someone has an answer for this :) Happy to provide any additional information required.
