Installing Logic Pro on Monterey?

Hi,

I have a 2017 MacBook Air with macOS Monterey 12.7.1 which is the most up to date macOS I can install on it.

I want to install Logic Pro (I should be able to access it through family sharing which isn't working, but that's another story), but it is saying I need macOS 13.5 minimum (Ventura).

Is there any way around this? It's so frustrating as clearly Logic Pro will run quite happily on older machines (and will still be running on them for those where it's already installed). I appreciate it won't be the latest version but neither will it be on the machines where it's already installed! Sonoma has only been out a few weeks so I am guessing that this is a very recent development so am asking in case I'm doing something silly.

Given than Monterey is still a currently supported iteration of macOS and Logic Pro will quite happily run on it, it feels like a marketing exercise to encourage users to buy a new laptop :(
