Have you purchased Logic Pro?

If you have, then all you need to do is select your account at the bottom left of the App Store window, locate Logic Pro amongst your purchases, and click to download. A warning appears, saying the current version is not compatible, and allowing you to download the very last that works in Ventura.

If you haven't purchased, the application, you may do so using a friend's computer, logging in to YOUR Apple ID, deleting the application and then proceeding as described above to download to your computer.

All that said, do you really need Logic Pro on an older computer? Odds are that GarageBand may do all that you need, and is free.

What you can also do is to add a new volume on your drive via Disk Utility and install Sonoma or Sequoia on it while keeping your current working volume with Ventura intact. The APFS format allows that "on the fly", no need for partioning and reinstalling. Then you can simply reboot from the second volume, log into your App Store account, purchase Logic, and then you can download v11.0.1 on Ventura.

My current secondary volume with MacOS Sonoma uses only about 35GB, and its size will adapt dynamically when needed. Having a secondary boot volume is generally a good thing, in case the main volume would get corrupted by some meens. (Been there done that in the past 25 years or so…)

By the way, I've done it similarly in the past on my older MacBooks where I need my working partitions to boot El Capitan for software and external audio hardware compatibility. But to eventually upgrade from Logic 9 (which had its issues on El Capitan), first I had to purchase Logic 10.6 booting from a Catalina partition. Then I simply downloaded Logic 10.3.3 for El Capitan from my App Store account.
