How to avoid MacBook dock Interference while using Citrix in fullscreen

Thanks Rudegar, for your answer. It is helpful, but I was hoping for a solution where I could keep the dock (since I think it's useful) AND Citrix in full screen (useful too).

Putting the dock left or right (top doesn't seem to be an option for me?) is a possibility indeed, although the icons in the dock do get really small once I do that.

Nope not really. It seems that if you put the dock on the right/left side and then place it back down, the issue is gone for a couple of hours? But that might just be placebo ;-)
