I upgraded to iOS 17.1.1 three days ago and noticed I am no longer receiving verification texts. Recent issue and nothing has changed but the iOS. Help, please.
Hi Lisa, it sounds like it's more than one carrier problem. Glad you got it fixed too. At least I didn't have to call!
I think it was a carrier problem )T-Mobile). The following day I was getting emails, but when I clicked on them they were blank. Just for the heck of it I turned the phone off, it turned itself back on (?) and I got 23 texts and 34 emails. All accessible. All is well now. Thanks everyone for taking the time to answer my question.
Hey Jim - it seems it is a carrier issue... Verizon told me they reset my messages. I wasn't getting any SMS authentication codes from anyone - even Verizon. They reset my messages and then everything was back to normal. Hope this helps someone else. It was happening to a lot of people since the 17.1.1 update.

Sorry, nothing in Messages either. Two factor authentication is also turned on.
I'm having issues where my log in on an outside Apple website is not able to send Authentication to my phone. I can get the Apple authentication but not other sites.
