Can’t add Colorado drivers license: demands apparently 6 or more face poses. Invariably one fails, and restarts the process. Worthless and a waste of time, why can’t they fix this?

Unfortunately, correcting any issues or shortcomings in a driver’s license implementation is a matter for the individual state’s issuing authorities and their implementing sub-contractors.
Apple only provides the enabling architecture; while the issuing states perform the “heavy lifting” of MobileID application development.
