Logic Pro, Inputs 1 and 2 both picking up input 1!

Im using the latest version of Logic Pro on a m! pro, 2021 MacBook Pro. I am using a steinburg UR 12 interface with a guitar plugged into input two. The interface reads the input, the system settings read the input, and the direct monitoring reads the input as well. However, in logic when I select input 2, it picks up the input 1 channel. And input 1 picks up input 1. I've got all the correct drivers and firmware on the interface on its latest; what am I missing here! I've reinstalled logic and everything.

It turns out the problem is caused by the Voice isolation setting you can turn on in the menubar when starting Logic Pro - turn that off and the inputs work as expected again.

I'm having exact same issues on 2021 MacBook Pro running latest Logic Pro and Sonoma 14.4.1. When I try with Garageband the inputs work correctly, but in Logic Pro they worked for a single recording, then locked together so that both get whatever is coming in on input 1. I have an old Roland Duo-Capture EX in compatible mode so no vendor drivers are being used. If you solve the issue, please let us know. - Dab
