remove passcode iOS 17.1.1?
Loaded iOS 17.1.1 but do not want the passcode to lock the phone. How do I remove this feature?

Can you explain further; e.g., does it give an error when you turn it off; does it turn off with no error but then make you use a passcode to unlock the phone; etc.?
Also note that if you have a corporate email account on the phone or other profile on the phone that may not allow to operate it without a passcode; also, a passcode is required is you want to have Apple Pay on the phone.
