I click play on any show and it just doesn't do anything, I have a subscription that is active, I am on PC using google chrome I have cleared cache and cookies I have tried MS edge and Firefox same issue no shows play no error is given this is ridiculous about to cancel my subscription over this
Mine says:
”Unable to Play
There’s a problem playing this video. Try again or troubleshoot the issue”
”Try again” results in the same screen appearing. “Start Troubleshooting” results in it checking my connection, finding that it’s fine, and then returning to the “Unable to play” screen.
every show I have tried.
What do you mean by “nothing?” Frozen. Purchase screen. Black screen. Etc .
is it every Apple TV+ show?
apple TV literally will not play an episode of any show I am watching I have an active subscription I click play and nothing happens
