"Unfortunately, now after startup I get the computer to trun on but the computer doesn't connect to the internal speakers. When I click on the sound icon on the top right of the screen, it say no internal speakers found. I'm getting the idea that it is time for me to buy a new macbook pro.[...]"

Troubleshooting Internal Speakers:
A. Is there a Speaker Even Seen?:
To Find Out:
- Go to: Apple menu
- Select: About this Mac
- Click: System Report... button
- View: Hardware on left-column
- Click: Audio
- Verify: MacBook Pro Speakers is seen
If not Seen...
Either:
- (A.) it is a hardware error
or
- (B.) the drivers when missing (somehow)
So, Where to go from here...
So, rather than spending a whole boat load on getting new Mac, see if you can get the drivers reinstalled by reinstalling the macOS(backing up first).
How to Reinstall the macOS:
Nothing would be lost. It's just that misplaced items would be placed back to where they should be and corrupt system files would be replaced by clean files. Go Here: Reinstall macOS - Apple Support. Use the third bulleted method: [command + r]. Important: Prior to installing an update or performing a reinstallation, to prevent data loss, be sure to Back up your Mac with Time Machine.
